In anticipation of high order volume we have brought in extra staff and have shipped 1,300 orders so far - with many more to go. Please be patient as we work hard to get your goodies safely to you. Q: I placed my order last week. Why hasn’t it shipped yet?
A: Our bad! We ran out of some lipstick shades and couldn’t ship orders containing them. Don’t worry: our warehouse just received more stock and everything you’ve ordered will be on its way to you this week. Please accept our apologies for the wait.
Q: I’ve emailed Customer Care a couple of days ago, when will I be hearing back?
A: We’ve received a very large number of emails the past few days. Please don’t get mad if it takes us a little longer to respond than usual! To expedite response time, please don’t email or message us about the same issue more than once - this will delay it for you and everybody else. All order-related questions should be sent directly to firstname.lastname@example.org — not left on Facebook, Instagram or other social media channels, where they might be overlooked. Emailing directly will help us get to your question faster and make sure that a trained Customer Care Representative addresses the issue to your satisfaction.
Q: What is the status of my order?
A: Log into your limecrimemakeup.com account and check under ‘Order Status’. Breakdown as follows:
Awaiting Fulfillment: We’ve received your order, payment cleared and it is waiting to be staged for shipment.
Awaiting Shipment: We’ve printed your packing slip and are assembling a shipper carton, picking the items for your order, printing postage, etc.
Pending: There was an issue with your order that Customer Care needs to resolve before sending it out. Requests to combine multiple orders, payment errors, insufficient address, etc can all be the reason for the Pending status.
Shipped: Your order is out the door and on its way. Yay!
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Log in to your limecrimemakeup.com account. If your Order Status is marked as “Shipped” and you’re in the U.S., there will be a USPS tracking # listed (track your package via usps.com). PLEASE NOTE: there is usually a *24-hour delay* in USPS inputting your package into their system, so if there is no info currently with USPS please check again the following day. International customers will see the Customs Declaration Number in the tracking field.
